I’m Sonali Mangal, a dedicated Marriage Counsellor, Pre-Marriage Counsellor, Counselling Psychologist, and Happiness Guide with over 8 years of professional experience in the field of emotional and relationship wellness.
As the founder of HTS, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families discover clarity, build stronger bonds, and live emotionally healthy lives. My work revolves around not just offering therapy sessions, but truly connecting with people on a deeper level to empower them through life’s emotional hurdles.

Professionally trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),Rational Emotive Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RE-CBT), and Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Happiness Coaching, she also hold certifications in Positive Psychology-Resilience Skills and its Applications and Interventions.
Sonali Mangal has extensive experience working with Colleges & Management Institutes, Corporates, and esteemed NGOs. In management institutes, she provides counseling on building confidence, developing self-awareness, relationship issues, managing stress and anxiety, dealing with inner child issues, and more. In corporates, she offers one-to-one counseling on marital conflicts, work-life balance, and developing self-awareness and self-love. In NGOs, she works with children on life-skill education and awareness on child sexual abuse prevention.

I started Healing Thoughts and Souls with a clear intention: to offer a sanctuary for emotional growth, resilience, and healing. Over the years, I’ve seen how unhealed trauma, unresolved conflicts, and communication breakdowns can deeply affect individuals and couples alike. This realization inspired me to dedicate my career to becoming a supportive and empathetic counselor who can truly make a difference.
